At last year’s Under & Over Festival, people asked for more opportunities to learn how to make baskets. So this year we are running a school for 3 days before the festival with a choice of 1, 2 and 3 day courses. ​

A day full of everything weaving! Have fun & learn a new skill using environmentally-friendly and sustainable materials, taught by experience and talented craftspeople.

Live demonstrations of complex weaving techniques from experts from all over the UK and Europe.
Stalls selling all sorts of baskets, basketry materials & weaving equipment
Live music will be playing throughout the day, including Nine Dead Mice !
